They totally replaced our car's AC system. They had some issues with parts from their suppliers. Two parts were returned and replaced by warranty. I had to take it in twice. However, they kept working on it until they got it right. Everyone was polite and professional.

My car is 25 years old. I spoke with 5 other shops, including a transmission shop and 2 Chrysler dealerships who said they were not able to locate a transmission or don't work on vehicles as old as mine. ATC was recommended by a neighbor and I finally called. Meredith convinced me to at least let them look at the vehicle; and that she had yet to be unable to locate necessary parts. This was already more than the others I had previously called. A thorough inspection was made (for a fee) and a repair quote given. They were willing and able to do what others could not or would not do. All repairs are expensive to me, nevertheless the quote was not unexpected. I agreed to have the work done for the quote. Two days after the parts came in, the work was completed and ultimately cost $150 below the quote, and a warranty given. In addition, ATC folks ARE friendly, patient and kind, even when I am not.
